ABOUT US
We are a team of creative professionals that seek to build a more inclusive and comprehensive network of resources for the benefit local artists, artistes and craftsman.

The A.R.T. of Bermuda was formed in reaction to increased living expenses and lacking live/ work residences for artistic professionals. In addition, the waning momentum for collaborative cultural spaces after the loss of Chewstick's hub and the proposed Performing Arts Center have left the artistic community without the means to flourish.
We know first hand how difficult it can be to maintain a career as a creative in what is considered the most expensive place in the world.

It's pivotal for any artist to be part of community where they have direct access to collaboration, critique, skill trade and professional development.

We can utilize the arts as a means to revitalize our economy, tourism and society as a whole. This is why we're working to facilitate pursuing careers in the arts; we're tired of starving artist notions and we want to open doors our creatives can thrive in.
