A luxury condo and guest unit development geared toward creatives and entrepreneurs featuring onsite workshops, co-working spaces and community focused design.

It will eventually house a multitude of businesses and offer start up space to budding entrepreneurs and creative youths. This will be supported through a guest house suite and investment model designed to invite international creative collaboration with locals. 

The land has been acquired and the project is currently in the architectural design and planning approval phase.​​

ROUGH DRAFT PLANS

The inspiration for the property reflects on the safe haven it was bought to be. It aims to feel as though the building was built upon ruins carved from a cliffside, over grown with lush tropical plants. You'll find secret gardens on every level of this proposed 3 story design with winding paths leading all the way up to a roof top entertaining space

Innovative shared spaces and various creative workshops integrated to support artists and entrepreneurs getting off to the best start possible.

The interiors ensure bright artist light, bold use of Caribbean color, and maximalist patterns, and art unique to Bermuda's rich cultural fabric.

Work continues on this challenging project, but we intend to break ground soon.
